• Phone number (used for authentication via phone-based login)
• Basic profile information (such as name, if provided)

b. User-Provided Operational Data

• Driver details (including names and phone numbers entered by users)
• Payment and transaction tracking data
• Vehicle information (Taxi name, Taxi Number Plate, Taxi Photo if uploaded by the user)

Note: All driver and operational data is entered and managed by the user. We do not independently verify this information.

c. Usage and Device Data

• Device information (device model, OS version)
• App usage behavior and interaction data
• Crash logs and diagnostics

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

• Authenticate users securely
• Provide core app functionality (ride and payment tracking)
• Enable quick actions such as calling or messaging drivers via external apps (Phone, SMS, WhatsApp)
• Improve app performance, stability, and user experience
• Monitor and prevent misuse or unauthorized activity

3. Communication Features

The app allows users to initiate communication with drivers using:

• Phone dialer
• SMS applications
• Third-party apps such as WhatsApp

These actions are triggered by the user and are handled by external applications. We do not record or store communication content.

4. Data Storage and Security

• We use Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics).
• Data is transmitted using secure encryption (HTTPS).
• We implement reasonable security practices; however, no system is completely secure.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data.

We may share data:

• With service providers (e.g., Firebase) to operate the app
• When required by law, regulation, or legal request

6. Analytics and Crash Reporting

We use:

• Firebase Analytics to understand app usage
• Firebase Crashlytics to monitor and fix technical issues

These services may collect device and usage information in an aggregated manner.

7. User Control and Data Deletion

Users can delete their account and associated data directly from within the app.

To delete your account: open the app, go to Profile / Settings, tap Delete Account, and confirm the deletion request.
